Media in India, said President Obama comes in November with a bold plan to move to the future of US-India relations and India is preparing a big welcome to President Obama, including his address to parliament, dignitary given rare. Some say that most people in India do not trust the U.S. and are more in marriage with the Russian bloc (not more) and still depends on its sincere support in its means.
Â
It is true that most peoples in India do respect more to Russian, French and Japanese than America .They see obligation in their assistive technology to share. Currently, the technology super native India in the field of supercomputer, nuclear submarine, satellite, missile and even nuclear war is competitive and is self-supporting. But India's indigenous nuclear power is still less economical. But now the situation in the world is changing, good relations with America began under the regime of President Bush with the offer of assistance for low-cost atomic energy. There was great resistance from both sides that people in both countries did not rely on for many years. India follows the policy of non-alliance, while America wants India in its partnership.
Â
Times of India reports - U.S. President Barack Obama will make his first official visit to India in November, is expected to address a joint session of Parliament, an honor that his predecessor, George W. Bush could not have. Obama is expected at the joint meeting on November 9 Friday. Given this plan, the winter session of Parliament which usually starts in the second week of November will be advanced.
Â
Obama, who took over as president of the United States in January last year, will begin his first state visit to India to push bilateral relations to new heights. Bush, who visited India in March 2006, could not have had the honor of addressing the joint session of Parliament of the world's largest democracy. It was originally scheduled for the joint meeting, but the plan was abandoned when some members of parliament have threatened to boycott. These members have criticized Bush on the war in Iraq. However, President Bill Clinton spoke to Parliament members of India, during his visit to town in 2000. Among others to have addressed the Indian Parliament at a joint meeting was then Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who visited India in August 2007.
Â
Things change quickly in the world, and the interests of India and America are forcing them to seek their remarriage relations that the countries oldest and most democratic in the world. One critic said. How can anyone start thinking remarriage after divorce? But others say â it is possible while love is already there, even before the divorce.
Â
Whatever Obama proposes for the future of US-India relations , the Indian media said that hide and seek confidence relations of remarriage to continue till America clears its positions sincere on controversial issues following:.
1.America still applies export controls to the Indian Space Research Organization and its subsidiaries and to prohibit its technology company to deal with the peace mission and high technology company in India. India is unlikely interested in non-technology security , defense of bilateral trade and investment.
2.America must stop asking for India to accede to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) on terms which are not applicable to America and China.
3.What is public stand of America to support India for its permanent membership in expanded UN Security Council.
4.Bilateral trade and investment can be enhanced on the basis of bilateral investment treaties based on new rules of the game. America wants everything on the basis of its legislation, so is Indian legislation. Latest technology, security and defense of bilateral trade based on a new bilateral treaty extended on the basis of fair conditions.
Â
Most people in India believe President Bush has tried to help India, but for humanitarian reasons they love more to President Obama. So, President Obama is expected to get more public reception that official machinery.
