In early days when media was not so much globalize, things were under tight restrictions and there was no concept of freedom of media. As in most of the countries of the world, media was under the extreme influence of the local government of Bulawayo, Harare and central government of Zimbabwe. People traveling to this city and booking their cheap flights to Bulawayo were not able to get the complete and thorough information regarding their travel.

The media in Bulawayo publishes true facts and figures such as reliance on foreign capital, political front and business entrepreneurship. Media in Bulawayo also following the guidelines and procedures set aside by the Zimbabwean government and now the sanctions and restrictions have been relieved and waived off.
Most of the visitors who visit the sunshine city are very much concerned about the latest news in media as these are the reflectors that what is going on in current situation. Because of freedom of media foreign investment has been increased and now the economic conditions are getting better and better. Business professionals are traveling from all over the world and booking their cheap flights to Bulawayo the capital city of Zimbabwe. Thats why the economy of the country is showing positive trends which clearly define the role of media in the progress of a country
