We were on a travel to Bellagio and discovered it to be an ideal starting for our very first Las Vegas journey. We have seen many other accommodations during our journey and will really tell you that when we go back we are going to stay at the Bellagio once more. We did stop by hotels such as Mandalay Bay and Venetian but very much like the position and inside brightness within the Bellagio. The place is perfect, in the middle of the strip, the room (Salone Suite inside the Spa Tower) appeared to be brilliant, absolutely nothing to complain about in any way, looking over the Strip in front as well as the pool area/hills to the side. The bathroom was huge and even had a wonderful picture window looking over the pool area and the hills. We were on floor 12, which has been ideal - not way too high, however with good sights.
Of course, drinking water, internet and so on cost a lot but here are a few guidelines:
Mineral water in the Bellagio is merely around $ 5. The people on the streets offer it from cold bins for $ 1. Or, even better, while you leave the reception and enter in their car parking (Casino level) straight away close to the doorway is a drinking fountain. It truly is wonderful and ice cold. All of us topped up our bottles whenever we went by. Additionally, there are water fountains within the hotel throughout the seminar, business side of the Bellagio, that is typically pretty quiet and empty. We were there for a few days before we even discovered that side!
Internet. We didn't use net in our room but simply visit the Business Centre - look at opening times, I think it may possibly close at 4pm everyday - and ask to use one of their desktops to check-in travel arrangements and so on. Many of us did. It was totally free.
We visited 'O' and it has been great, definitely the best of several shows we attended. We attempted to reserve seats before leaving, but could not come across really decent seating available. Then we called Bellagio (concierge) whom not just ordered us the very best seats in the place (they book specific rows for hotel guests) but additionally gave us all a 25% price cut! The many shows we attended ended up fantastic but 'O' and Terry Fator have been really the best.
And finally, we certainly advise hiring a car. We did walk a great deal too, though the vehicle was very helpful. Only takes something like 20 mins from the airport to Bellagio. Fuel is inexpensive and car parking is free of charge just about everywhere. We drove to Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon (no more than 40 minutes away and remarkable), Mount Charleston, and several away from town shopping places.
Regardless of all we did, there is certainly still a great deal to see and do in Las Vegas and we'll certainly return back and stop at the Bellagio Hotel all over again!
Dr. Mark Winston has travelled fairly a lot around the word in the past 20 years. His favored location though is Las Vegas and specifically the Bellagio Hotel Las Vegas! Given his travel experience I would likely keep his tips in mind. He actually started a small web page about it: BellagioHotelLasVegas24
